Refund Policy
Customers must report any delivery discrepancies, including damaged items, missing products, or weight discrepancies, within 24 hours of delivery. Reports should be submitted to WGrocer along with supporting photos or documentation.
Once verified, we will process the necessary adjustments and update the Delivery Order (DO) accordingly. The final invoice will be issued based on the adjusted order.
Please note that failure to report discrepancies within the 24-hour window will be considered as acceptance of the order, and no further adjustments will be made.
